The area around Harrod's generally. That includes Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Kensington, down south to around Putney. People would assume that the area around the West End and Buckingham Palace are posh...but they aren't really. A bit too touristy to be posh.

In central London, Knightsbridge, Kensington, and Mayfair are all very posh and wealthy areas. Just outside the centre, Chelsea and Hampstead. In outer London, Richmond is a pretty posh area.

Well, Park Lane and Mayfair are the two most expensive streets on the Monopoly board.
I reckon that should be a pretty good indication.
