Why use a web site to design labels? Most professionals use local applications like Adobe Photoshop. Others use The Gimp. Once designed, then anyone can print them for you - your local Kodak print shop is a good place!

As a crafter, you should be doing your own. Make your own template by re-sizing any picture to the size you need, then fill it in with white. Do your design on the template and it will always be the right size. The cheapest thing would be to email your design to a local printing house, where they will print mass quantities onto sticker paper cheaper than you can buy it.
