Call your provider and ask them for help. If they say it is your computers fault, say you are going to cancel your service if they do not send a technician out to check the line and fix it. Always works.

and let me guess... you pay about $14.99/month for it... and actually believed those claims that it was "lightning fast" right? DSL and slow? that sounds about right
