Bobby Cutt is innocent until proven guilty and you have already passed judment on him. I don't know if he did it or not, although, if so, I would recommend the Death Penalty. I suggest the death penalty because two people were murdered, the girlfriend and the unborn baby. By the way, YES, the baby is still a person even though he/she hasn't been born yet.

Oh well, I am agreed with ya about he should go 2 prison for sentence LIFE without a parole!! death punishment? i dont know. but he is a cop, he knew better that he should not murder his ex gf and unborn baby. the unborn baby is so innocent! but he will not deserve it for unborn baby and become a father! hes freak out of his mind!

i think they should give him 2 consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole...put him in the general population and let the cons pass him around like currency. can you imagine what will happen to him when he is around other men who are die hard criminals, do not care what they do to another inmate, and then find out he killed a woman and an unborn baby, not to mention some of these men want to see their wifes/girlfriends, and their children and cannot...and happen to mention to them that he is a cop? .Serves him right and I hope they give him what he deserves, a lifetime of misery, and worry about HIS life, and the rest of his life to let what he did weigh heavy on his conscience, if he even has one.

My first thought was that he should get the deatlh penalty. He (if its proven for sure) has committed a horrible crime to an innocent women and their unborn child.

Don't be too hasty. He hasn't been found guilty or innocent yet. If he's found guilty, life without parole. He will be a child killer and an ex-policeman. Neither are well like in prison.

He needs to have his day in court before judgement is passed. If he is proven guilty, he should have the death penalty.
