I always check the tv/film listings on Craigslist.com for my area...most of the auditions are for adults, but there are usually a few looking for teens. Just make sure the auditions are valid before attending.
Best of Luck!

You can't. Kids need a Talent Manager or a Talent Agent if they want to audition for movies, television, films, etc.

Well, it's depending on where you live. If your comunity isn't big on televion or movie shootings then there probably wont be any auditions for a while. But usally there will be flyers or ads for auditions. Good luck =)

Well, to find local ones, look in your newspaper.
Or look in an acting newspaper like Backstage.
Also, you could look online at Craig's List or Mandy.com.
However, nothing beats having an agent who can submit you to auditions.
Good Luck!
