It time for you two to go out on your own. Have someone take care of the kids and go out somewhere. Kids take up a lot of time and couples have less time for each other. so you got to make time.

It's not uncommon to feel that way.

My first suggestion to you is to have a weekly date night. This means NO kids (get a sitter) and get out of the house...even if you don't go anywhere fancy, you can walk beside each other, hand in hand, down a park trail or something inexpensive. If you can afford it, you can see a movie together.

Also, cherish the time you DO have together instead of focusing on what he doesn't do for you. It's easy to slip into the "poor me" role without realizing that you have it better than a lot of us single parents who would kill for what little you have.

Chin up!

Have you told him this? Isolation and feelings of worthlessness are common for mothers, and can lead to severe depression. Talk to your husband, but don't tell him you don't think he loves you. Tell him that you are lonely for him and want to work out a plan where the two of you can have a life together. People make a terrible mistake putting their kids before their marriage. Your kids will find their own lives in a couple of decades and you two will be stuck staring at each other trying to remember exactly who you are. Put the children in their place, and put yourselves first. Happy couples make happy parents.

Why do you think he doesn't love you anymore? Most men (I know, I'm one of them) don't communicate very well. They often keep their feelings to themselves. But that doesn't mean they don't have those feelings.
You need to talk to your husband and find out what his feelings are. Tell him you need time with just him (and hire a babysitter once in a while). I bet you will be just fine.

Talk to him about it. Suggest counseling. Do what you can to save your marriage. Good luck to you. I'm sorry you're so sad.
