Nolvadex being what keeps men from developing breasts after using steroids. What dosage, for how long, and at what time during a cycle of steroids does this need to be taken?
*Please don't lecture me on the steroids...I already know all of that. I just need the question answered. Thanks.

If you have any symptoms of gyno, take 10 to 20 mgs every day while on cycle. If you are using deca nolva won't work for gyno. You need some winstrol for that. For post cycle therapy, the usual would look like this:
Week one : Clomid 50 mgs every day
Nolva 40 mgs every day
Week two : Clomid 50 mgs every day
Nolva 30 mgs Every day
Week three: Clomid 50 mgs every day
Nolva 20 mgs every day
Now if you don't have clomid you can get by with just nolva, but it is better to add the clomid.
You should start the PCT 2 to 3 weeks after your last injection. If you are only using orals start the day after your last pill. Hope this helps.

it really depends on the type of steroid that is being used and if you are talking about when on cycle or during PCT.

Wait two weeks until you finish your cycle, then take approx. 1/2 cc everyday for 2 weeks. This is with a 40MG/ML.

usually the dosage is between 20mg-40mg The cycle would like like this.
1st week 40mg
2nd week 30mg
3rd week 20mg
4th week 20mg
