When i ws 17 hmm... i thought i am superior to my family and my brother i thought i was real crazy, i thought i wanted to be different...all the crazy stuff but u ll get over it by time:) and when i think about how i should have looked like bu then i cant stop smiling how silly people could have been!

Working during the summer and going to High School. Remembering that I was in love with the Beatles and was reading anything I could find on them and listening to their songs.

i was just beginning my life of driftin aound the lower 48. years later, i am rough on the surface and have sharp edges, but inside, i am still filled with wonderlust, though it's mixed up with the rough and tumble of heartache and pain. i;m a bit shell shocked actually, but i think it is time to feel the sun shine on my back and face again.

Junior year of high school, which I really hated at the time, stuck in a barren suburb with lots of egocentric people.

That was long ago for me.
I quit High School and joined the U.S. Navy and by the time I was 18 I was stationed in Sasebo, Japan for 2 years.
