You better read Chapter IV of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 which provides the general exceptions. Section 82 clearly provides Act of a child under seven years of age.--Nothing is an
Offence which is done by a child under seven years of age.
The very fact that the act committed by any child of six years age is not an offence itself then how can he is punished for such an act after 16 years of its happening at the age of 22years. Any person who moves such complaint before the competent magistrate will get good rebuke from the said magistrate & his complaint will be thrown out of the court room.

Two 6 year olds couldn't have been engaged in homosexual activity much beyond play. In the US it's considered of little or no consequence. I can't imagine any government prosecuting something like that, especially at this late date, but I'm not familiar with law in India. I'll research it a bit.

Okay, relax. The laws seem to be old British laws that don't apply to children. Also even when the act is between adults, convictions are extremely rare, and in the last twenty years there have been no convictions for homosexual relations in India. Don't worry.

i'm no longer acquainted with the regulations of India, in spite of if it relatively is complicated for me to think of a 22-year-previous being punished for something that he did while he grow to be 6 years previous, except he committed a risky crime or completed an indecent act in public. In usa, there's a concept utilized to particular minor offenses observed as "statute of obstacles", a undeniable quantity of time and then an offense is now no longer prosecuted. A & B would have greater social problems as a effect of their adolescence act than criminal problems. what proportion human beings on your the two kinfolk be responsive to approximately it?

why do you want to cause trouble??? it was many years ago, you were kids, and let me tell you, six year old kids dont think of certain acts as sexual acts like we do. if you arent/werent affected by this event in any way than why bring it up?? you will be wasting court fees and some poor mans time cuz you arent going to get anything out of it.

Were you one of the boys? Is someone trying to blackmail you? Of course the man can't get you arrested, but he can embarrass you. Just deny everything. It will be his word against yours. And no one will believe him since he informed no one at the time.

Does the "witness" have any proof? Will he be prosecuted for withholding evidence or obstruction of justice? I would think he would be prosecuted first.
