Im a FF and 5 9 and yes they are sometimes in the way
But I do a lot of exercise anyhow so I work a lot on posture etc
They do weigh more than a pound each. And I have bras from a chain of underwear (bravissimo) that specialises in big boobs. It is apperantly a bit of a rocket science. And no, they aren't as exciting as the little ones when they get to size "hammock" but they are nice and pretty. But still much better than the other ranges that cater for smaller sizes.
so you try to strap on two bags of sugar and feel how it change your posture, run around with them a long time (indoor would be good).
I know of people that have had them reduced because they were huge. And yes that does cause big problems for some on the physical level. We cannot all be Dolly Parton and for that matter like Anna Nichole Smith that made a living of her look.

Definitely. I know two women that had breast reductions because of back problems. Insurance will not cover that kind of surgery unless it is posing a health problem. Otherwise it is cosmetic surgery and most insurances will not cover cosmetic surgery. And I get back aches occasionally due to big boobs.

YEs it can cause back problems think about how heavy one boob can be than add that to another one that is a lot of weight in the front of the body.

there's this woman at our church, she's huge, and they're like a shelf, when she crosses her arms, they sit on her melons, when she sits down, they hang to her waist...and she's pretty young..I always wonder why she doesn't get them reduced..her husband must enjoy them - oh well...I'll ask her if her back hurts cuz I do not have that problem...ever heard, more than a mouthful is a waste.............tmi? sorry but you asked. How's the pug?

1) get a backpack.
2) fill it up with sand.
3) strap it so that its in the appropriate position in front of you.
4) stand for about an hour or two.
