I have had larger exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers installed which increased power but not mpg.

Overdrive unit for the trans---there are bolt-on overdrive units that may give you 2-4 more mpg's but they are costly and need reworking of the driveshaft also. Depends if you use it enough to offset the cost of the unit or plan on keeping it a while.

Is this a trick question? You CAN'T DO ANYTHING!! Its a motorhome with a 460 ci ford V8........ It's as good as its gonna get.
