No it is considered interference. Depending on where the ball is projected to go you would either get a triple or your home run will be awarded.

It's true that the thrown glove (or other equipment) must actually touch the ball for the two-base and three-base penalties.
If an outfielder throws his glove up and hits a fly ball in fair territory, knocking it back onto the playing field, the umpire awards the batter a home run if, in his judgment, the ball would have cleared the fence without the interference.

Sure, you can throw it. But if the glove touches the ball, it's a three-base award if the ball was batted, or a two-base award if the ball was thrown. If the ball was pitched, it's a one-base award for runners, measured from their position at the time of the pitch.
If a fielder prevents a fair batted ball from leaving the field in flight with a thrown glove, the umpire may award the batter-runner four bases.
Ground rules have nothing to do with the award, and the fielder's act is NOT scored as an error (see Rule 10).

You can throw the glove, but not hit the ball.
Rule 7.05 parts c and e make it a three base award if a fielder throws the glove and hits a fair ball, and two if he does it to a thrown ball. In either case the ball remains in play.

No. The result is a ground rule triple for interference. Or if the glove is thrown in an attempt to keep the ball in the ball park a home-run is awarded.

No you can't throw your glove at the ball, or any other equipment, such as your cap, helmet a catcher'sd mask. If you do! It is considered a 3 base error. If you would allowed player do throw gloves, then they would put big rubber bands on their gloves to stop balls then couldn't get to.
