How can I discover the password of a limited account on windows xp without changing it?

I am the administrator account and I would like to know how I can know what the password is on a limited account with a password? I know that I can change the password but I just want to know what the password is on the limited account without changing it.

as a administrator you can delete . but you still need the password to change it.

You can't do that. Well... you can... but not easily. The password is stored as a hash value in the registry.
