I'm gonna say potato. The reason being you can make all different kinds of things with it. Fries, baked, hash browns, mashed, if you have a curly cutter....you can make it curly and fry them, you can also use them as a stamp for kids to paint with. create your own design. You can even make your own Mr and Mrs potato heads :-) and you can even use them for games like hot potato :-) So many different uses . Potatoes that come from Idaho even have their own Joke....Idaho......well good on you because I'm not a ho lol :-)

Okra. The way my mom fixes it is heavenly. Most other people (myself included) seem to mess it up.

My favorite vegetable would have to be a sour pickle. =)
But...I always get confused...Fruits have seeds...pickles have seeds? If a pickle isn't a vegetable...Then my other favorite vegetable would be broccoli. =)
