Has anyone quit? I cant really afford it so if anyone has quit can I have their account?

Accounts aren't transferable, but that doesn't mean a scammer here won't try to sell you one. Never get a used account. The original owner can take back the account at anytime and lock you out.

i found a better, free mmo.
