First off that woman has so many things going on in her life she has no business getting pregnant.

She's so old that she has greater then 1/100 chance to have a child with genetic abnormalities. In addition, diabetes can cause maternal or fetal problems. She smokes, which can cause miscarriage and low birth rate- she's fat which also adds to her risk of miscarriage and not conceiving.

If I were you I would kidnap the man and give him a vasectomy while he was unconcious.

Thank GOD she's going through menopause and is likely not going to conceive. Do what you can to talk this woman out of ruining a child's life.

It sounds like her health and weight are a big factor. being overweight itself can cause her to miss periods and not ovulate. the only way help she could possibly get is by talking to a doctor about taking medication to help her start her period and to help produce eggs. if none of this works then she may have to get someone to donate eggs and then use IVF. she may still be able to carry a child, depending on how bad her diabetes is, but she should talk to a fertility specialist before it gets too late. time is not on her side.

it sounds like the deck is stacked against her. If she is serious about having a baby she neeeds to quit smoking an lose at least 50 lbs. Maybe she should becmoe a foster parent instead, she may not be able to have a baby and hger health may keep her form adopting.
