I think there is such a thing. Information must be evaluated. You can start by gathering a lot of info, than evaluate it and learn where good info comes from. That will limit it. Not all info has the same value.

At times yes there is too much information as children can now access everything on the net, making it more difficult for their parents to control what they can and cannot see.
It is also bad for people who suffer from hypocondria as they see new illnesses and diseases and immediately think they have them and they put too much trust in on-line doctors who may not be who they say they are.

Then at times it is good to have all this information to hand for when studying or changing careers it is all their at our fingertips.

Its a equal balance.

I don't think anyone can have too much information. The more info, the better, but I do believe that it is not safe to trust just any information, sometimes it is best to use our own judgement instead of going by what "the world" is doing.

Recent studies reveal that eating suger is bad for you, then two years later..new studies reveal that eating sugar may even be good for you...then three years later, recent findings suggest that eating chocolate is bad for you, then... recent studies have shown that eating chocolate is actually good for you.
I agree with you, it changes constantly!!!
Forget what those idiots say and enjoy your life doing the best you can.
PS, I don't trust people who say to take this new medicine, but side effects may include coma, heart attack, seizures, death.

I believe there is too much information at times but it depends on the control you have on yourself to moderate the amount of information you seek.

Educate yourself and grow your own opinion otherwise it is confusing, what the media throws at us is probably the worst thing to believe.

who knows what or who to believe, I say stick to what you know is good for you, what you have tried and tested yourself, each day we are bomb-barded with info. This causes stress to everyone.

Not everything suits everyone, and not all info is correctly true for everyone, we are all indivuals, so we will all respond to differently things differently.

Stick to your guns and do what is right for you.
