It is an easy drive if you want to get there by yourself otherwise there are plenty of organised coach trips.

You actually have to drive down to gippsland and go that way, which is the opposite direction the mornington peninsula, but a nice drive.

The ferry leaves from hastings, just past HMAS Cerberus on the mornington peninsula.

It would be quicker to go that way, and I do believe you can take your car on the ferry anyway. I know alot of the bikes travel that way on the way to the Phillip Island motogp

Mornington is in fact a fair distance as well from the ferry, about a 20min drive.

you can drive its probably like 2hrs or so.phillip island go to mount buller instead.its snowing.
