Tell everyone you know about the property, so maybe someone you know will move in!
We were in the same boat a few months ago. Sure enough, creepy people moved in. I guess you just have to learn to deal if that is what happens.

Tell everyone you like that there is a nice place for sale right next door. The sellers will appreciate your help in finding a buyer and you are much more likely to get neighbors you like.

If you don't own the place yourself...there is nothing you can do. Put up an 8 ft. stockade fence like we did.
