a couple in new zealand wants to name their newborn baby that buy the goverment won't allow it. what are your points of views

It doesn't even sound like a name! How horrible to do that to a child. There is no way that kid is going to avoid teasing with a name like that. Can you imagine what other kids will say? What about a job interview?
I am all for unique names, but the line has to be drawn somewhere. It is one thing to be creative, it is another to curse your child to a life full of ridicule.

I think that if that is the choice they have chosen to name their child then child welfare should step in now because obviously these people have no common sense and will screw up their child in more ways than the name.

the government won't allow it?!!!! well scratch new zealand as a place I would consider living.
I think the name "4 real" is rather silly, but I certainly defend the rights of the parents to name their child whatever they want to.

traditionally numbers have not been allowed in names, because MANY people would name their kids 666

that's stupid you should be able to name your baby anything you want it's your baby
personally i think the name is stupid. but maybe it means something special to the parents so in that case its cute if it comes with a story
