Yes, we understand that Jessie Davis is gone, but has anyone thought about this? She has one child by a married man and was pregnant with another by the same MARRIED man. Doesn't that speak something about her character? I mean two children with a married man?

Yeah there's no doubt she wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed.

There is so much wrong with both parties in this story, it's hard to sort it all out. I seriously doubt we'll get "The rest of the story..." because the media will want to paint Davis as 100% the victim...it makes for better news.

Just look at how the Duke LaCrosse team are now such angelic victims because they have been cleared of the rape. Yes, they were innocent of the crime, but they were drunk and hired a stripper and brought her into their house and got irate when she wouldn't go further than she did. That is hardly the act of angels, but it doesn't make for as good a story.

Now it's POSSIBLE that Davis is a complete victim...obviously, no one deserves what ultimately happened to her. But I doubt we'll ever know everything that led up to this tragedy. And if the media would be willing to look at both sides, maybe other girls like Davis might learn from her mistakes and not get themselves in too deeply before it is too late for them.

I think Jessie was young and mistook lust for love and was lusting after Bobby and thought that if she could keep him coming back to her bed and if she kept having his children - that eventually he would marry her. However, her plan did not work.

The right way to do things is 1. fall in love (not lust), 2. marry, 3. have sex, and 4. then have children.

Sex gets people into so much trouble when they go against Bible principles for right living. Whether or not you are a Christian or believe in Jesus, you keep yourself from alot of harm by living by Bible principles and values.

I think that just because she had one child with a married man, and one on the way, you shouldn't be judging. It's just plain mean. She lost her life because of Bobby and you guys are judging her character and lifestyle!?! Come on people!

I try not to judge people, but this is what i think of Cutts. He was the one who broke his marriage vows by cheating on his wife for years. He was a police officer who has a criminal record, and is now a murderer. He 'loves' his son enough to not harm him, yet he does this to his mom right in front of him! Blake now has to live without his mother for the rest of his life because of what his father did. Bobby has a child/children(unknown) with his wife. He has a child with his ex girlfriend whom he went to court with. And then hes got the children with Jessie. So if you all HAVE to judge, judge him!

I don't think that she was right to be involved with a married man, but I don't think that she deserved to be killed and her unborn child certainly did not deserve it. Now her 2 year old is an orphan because his mom is dead and his dad is in jail.

That's exactly what I was thinking. And I heard (I do not know if it is true) that she herself was married when she got pregnant with the first kid.

My guess is that she was threatening to tell bobby's wife if he did not leave her, or something like that.

I notice - for some reason, women that wrap their legs around other women's husbands always feel like they are somehow the victims when the guy does not leave his wife for them.

What gets me is that is that Jessie apparently didn't have enough sense to use birth control!

Maybe she wasn't a woman of the highest moral character, but that doesn't mean she deserved to die. If we murdered all of us with sleazy moral standards, there would be no politicians, lawyers, conservative radio talk show hosts, doctors, judges, hospital directors, corporate executives, child molesters, unwed mothers, advertising salespeople, government bureaucrats, drug dealers, gigolos, insurance CEOs, war-mongers, or oil tycoons still alive! -RKO- 06/24/07
