my neighbour has 3 large dogs and two cats that are kept quite frequently in one small room, they get no exercise apart from running through tall weeds and brambles in the garden. The dogs bark all the time for no reason and they are not exercised at all, and not fed the proper food. what can be done about this. any help will be great, thanks.

Ther is new legistration that will deal with this. phone the RSPCA (you do not have to give your name) and keep a log of how long the animals are left for etc,

If you don't contact the RSPCA you are nearly as bad as your neighbour. Just don't give your name and address, they will have to check it out. But please do it now.
