Wait until you are on level 6 - it's about the same as level 7.

not really but they also kinda make sense..see they just dont want new people misusing the service and answering questions only for points..so as you jump levels yahoo realizes you're not just some random person and then hands you more power in yahoo answers...!! but i hope you get to 7 soon ...just come back tomorrow and answer some more...and in just a few days you wont have any limitations!! =) good luck..
