Hmmm, can't sleep, can't eat, and loss of appetite. Sounds like you're worried about something. Is there someone or some relationship you're worried about? Is there something not going well at work or school? Try to step back a little and figure out exactly what's going on that might cause this upset. If you determine you're feeling a little down in the dumps access if it's necessary to talk to a professional or do you need to do some things to lift your spirit. If it's the latter then go hang out with friends to get yourself out of this slump, write down your thoughts in a journal, get some exercise and try to set a regular schedule for going to sleep and stick to it. Also, change your thinking. If you're focused on negative stuff then you're going to feel bad. Volunteer and find something you're really interested in doing. Remember, the reality of what actually happens and what we imagine is so far away. Take a look at How to Stop Worrying and Start Living by Dale Carnegie and Simple Abundance. If the sleeplessness continues along with the other symptoms or if they increase, please consult a professional. I've been down this road and finally realized it was two fold, my job and a pending relationship. I'm ditching the job for a new career and the pending has dissolved into nothingness. I am sleeping like a baby! Now I'm trying to use those situations as an opening of discovery into myself so I am better prepared to deal with well life in general.

Sounds like me right now... except what I have is jet lag because I didnt go to bed for two weeks because I had so much homework.
Now two weeks after that I sleep small amounts during the day, can't sleep at night, don't feel like eating when I should (due to biological clock being totally out), weak, sad, headaches, stomach aches... and always tired but can't sleep.
However that would only be the same with you if something has caused your biological clock to go out.
It could be due to stress or even depression.. sounds like a mental thing, but could be a physical thing too.

are u under any stress???
who noes it could be normal, i mean i havent eaten lunch in days because i'm just not hungry too and almost every night i wake up every hour on the half hour. but the reason u can't sleep is probobly because if your a teen like me then that means that school is over and that your not getting your routine mental and phsyical workout that your used to. so just try to go outside and run around a little more and dont force yourself to eat all the time. but the reason that your weak and tired is probobly because your not eating. so try to eat every once and a while whether your hungry or not, kay??
please feel better soon!!!!

Why would you even think about going to a doctor, when you can get qualified medical advice here on Yahoo?
Don't you know, that every single problem can be solved online?
You don't? Well, many people are convinced, that the Internet is the answer to everything.

go get a physical - have some blood work done...
make sure you get enough of ALL of the B vitamins...
they supply energy, help your immune system, and also help to combat depression
