I'm pretty sure the baby is mine, but my neighbor is so happy his wife is having "his" baby. She doesn't want to tell him it's not his, because it would expose our ongoing affair. One other problem is she and her husband are white, and I am black. Should I just keep my mouth shut and move away?

I am not going to preach about what you guys should have done. Now is the time for damage control. I know it is very difficult for you and her now but you need not play nice guy now and try to move. When the baby comes out so will the truth. Secret is out now unless you have blonde hair and blue eyes!
Seriously, Please don't leave now and have her deal with her husband/child on her own. At least find out for sure if the child is yours or not. I can assure you right now her conscientious is killing her, she loves him enough to let him believe it is his baby but does she love you or even her baby enough to tell the truth.
This isn't something that will only fester for 9ms and be done, this is the rest of your lives!!! The child will resent all involved for not knowing the truth later in life...for the husband you got 9ms to tell the truth but for the baby, 9yrs after that the child will figure it out on it's own with or without you around and guess who will have do deal with yet another situation alone...mom.
If the child is definitely yours, you have to own up, if not for her, for the baby (mentally/financially). If by some chance this becomes a close call...you know what you guys need to do here on out.
There is no easy/nice way for this to be dealt with. I assure you this will turn into an ugly situation for all involved. I only hope that you all can handle the reparation for your own actions....GOOD LUCK!!!

By keeping your mouth shut and running away would prove that you are an even lower man that you have already revealed. The fact that you violated him, coupled with the fact that you screwed his wife, will turn out bad in the end anyway. And you running will prove that you are a little man who only wants to be satisfied and can't learn to accept the consequences of your actions and you never loved her in the first place. You can't love another mans wife, bud. Love is an action. And you would be leaving her to herself. That is sad.
I hope that you will tell the lady that you have been casually sleeping with that you are going to tell her husband about the affair and are going to stop sleeping with her, and are going to accept the responsibility of your actions.

LOL, what a story. YEAH, i'd be packing and get out of dodge..... when the baby gets here, there won't need to be a paternity test. The poor hubby when he see's the baby if its yours.. Stay in your own yard buddy and don't play with the neighbor's toys.... Maybe the hubby will accept the baby within time and get you for child support and the couple will live happily ever after on YOUR money for 18 years....

Wait until the kid is born. If she looks like Marty Feldman in "Young Frankenstein" - then it is yours indeed and you have some explaining to do - like why her hump keeps moving from side to side.
