It there isn't an age requirement, there should be. I don't young, impressionable kids should be exposed to all the racist, homophobic, sexist, and other hate-filled views on here.

u have to be at least 13, whenever i read a question or an answer where kids say that they are like 11, i report them

yes, supposedly you do, it's in the rules, but yahoo can't enforce the rules so I don't know why they made them.
