I was having cereal this morning and i swallowed the spongebob plastic toy which was inside it?

now i have box shape sticking out of my throat, is this the toy or my voice box?

First of all I doubt that if you swallowed a toy it would be stuck in your throat to were you can breath and talk properly and see it sticking out so it's probably not the spongebob toy and your voice box is not actually a box so that leaves me with the conclusion the toy is stuck in your throat at an odd angle and you should see a doctor immediately . Or you could just be lying which i think you are.

I agree with the first answerer and jwls319. I mean, if you didnt notice it before, it was probably the toy, but on the other hand, you wouldnt be typing this question, you would be dialing 9-1-1 because that would block your windpipe and you wouldnt be able to breathe.
