I just had my cell phone and it was Sprint. I couldn't stand Sprint. Their customer service was bad. They had too many dropped calls. They also charged too much for too few minutes. I don't care about ringtones or wallpapers. I care about being able to check my e-mail on my phone and keep my bill around $30 a month with a good amount of minutes. Sprint was charging me $30 for 300 minutes. Shouldn't you get more like 900 minutes for $30? I also text alot, so factor that in please. thanks.

So far T-mobile seems best. Sprint has always sucked big time. ~

Well putting in all your factors I would say the best cell phne carrier for you would be T-Mobile. You can get the Sidekick 3 which has e-mail, instant messaging, music player, phone, real web browsing, and text messaging. You like to text and e-mail a lot so the keyboard would suit you. I think if you pay $30 for the internet part (web, e-mail, text &instant msg-ing)
$30 for the phone...
You will come off good.
Look into it.

By the way, their Customer Service is really good. They actually follow instructions and know what they're doing. I have a great experience wth them.

I have Sprint right now too and I completely agree with you. They suck. Their customer service is awful and they have way too many dropped calls. There have been several times where my calls went straight to voice mail without ringing.
They tack on too many hidden fees and unless you watch your bill and call them, they will never correct it.
As far as what carrier is the best for your money, I would have to say AT&T or T-Mobile.
Of course they will be a little more than Sprint but you will have better service, phones, and plans.
Im thinking of switching to AT&T myself to get the new Apple Iphone.
Good luck!

Verizon
For $70 a month I get 1350 anytime minutes, free calls to/from Verizon users, unlimited web, and 500 text (unlimited to Verizon users).
Great customer service and no dropped calls.

Depends on your area. The 3 top ones whether you go by contract or pre-paid... Verizon ~ Cingular ~ Boost Mobile. I personally like the pre-paid.
Its best to decide for yourself thru these sites........
