hey, this is exactly how i got rid of more than 308 spywares and malwares in my laptop just three four days back, this answer was given to me by an answrer, im sending it to u to use it. do it step by step, for spyware removers install superantispyware. its very good
Firstly update and run your anti-virus product. You can also run a free online scan as well as some malware can actually corrupt or disable your resident security products. Here are a few online scans you can run:
Trend - http://housecall.trendmicro.com/...
Panda - http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/ac...
Norton - http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/defau...
Second download, update and run scans using the following products:
SuperAntispyware
http://superantispyware.com/
Spybot S&D (free version requires manual updating)
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/downl...
AVG AntiSpyware
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/20/lng/us/tp...
Adaware from Lavasoft (free version requires automatic updating)
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad-a...
(These programs can be run in Safe Mode after downloading and updating)
Third, after cleaning your system, disable System Restore, reboot and re-enable System Restore when you log back on. This will clear the malware that may still be lurking in System Restore, which could be reinstalled should you need to rollback at some point. Additionally, a reboot may be required to complete the malware removal process.
Lastly, you may also want to install the following tool. It is free and requires you to check for and enable updates manually once a week or so. It uses no system resources.
SpywareBlaster (inoculates, not a spyware removal tool)
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareb...
If you cannot get it removed after the above, you may want to join a tech group that specializes in providing manual instructions on malware eradication.

McAfee is blocked because of the malware on your computer. Malware will do that so you can't remove the infection.
I would Run both of these on-line scans. Both are free and excellent at detecting and removing malware free of charge. There is no need to un-install your current protections before using these.
1. Scan for virus, worms, dialers, etc. and remove (free online scan, no downloaded program) with BitDefender's Online Scanner
http://www.bitdefender.com/
2. Scan for trojans, adware, and spyware and remove (free online scan, no downloaded program) with Ewido Online Scanner ( now known as AVG Anti-Spyware). This is NOT the same as AVG Anti-Virus.
http://www.ewido.net/en/
These scans will take quite a bit of time. The time is necessary to clean-up an infected computer.
Good luck.

Hi, Cutiepie:
Run what is known as "online scanner", direct from Kaspersky Russia. Rated #1 in the world for virus detections. Their scanner will detect and destroy the virus or viruses in real time. Perform the complete scan as it may take upto two hours, depending on how many running processes & how many program you have installed.
When the scan is complete, reboot your pc and you will be okay. Now conflict with McAfee, as you are not installing the program, only a scanner is running direct from Russa.

Its pretty easy, use AVG antivirus or Norton antivirus . Run the scan and then the virus will be deleted. The best to use on XP is Mc Afee antivirus. Getting a new window is silly!!!!!!!!

1: If you want to get rid of viruses without getting a new window XP , repair your Window Xp. If you don't know how to repair call Ur software engineer or somebody who know how repair XP.
2: I recommend u not to install McAfee or Norton. These Software make computer slow.
Best Anti Virus as per my experience : AVG with firewall
