I drink LOTS of water! But the general rule is to drink about half your body weight in ounces each day. One sports bottle of water is about 25oz. If you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink about 75oz (or 3 sports bottles) of water per day.

More then everyday, all day. I drink about a gallon a day all year. I don't drink because I'm thirsty, I drink because I know how it works in the body and how much the body uses it. During my intense training for my last body building show I drank over 500 lbs of water in nine weeks. Counting the weight of the food I also ate I'm guessing close to 1000 lbs of intake of food and water and I still lost 15 lbs in that nine week period and that's not a strange fact, its normal.

I don't know but I have a glass that I keep by the kitchen sink and I drink a glass several times a day.

It's over 100 degrees in Greece today, I have drunk 2 and a half litres. Normally I drink about one lire a day in summer, but in winter, hardly any!!!
