I was told that when I was a kid....but it didn't really make any difference if it did or not because I lost all my hair at 19! I eat crusts regardless.... ; )
It's just utter bonkers madness that isn't it...I mean where did that come from? Where is the scientific data? Where is the documented proof....it's just nonsense to make kids eat! Love it.

No because the ends are naturally curly and i refuse to eat the crust of bread!!

i don't be responsive to why I hate the crust. It only tastes stale and chewy, no count how sparkling the bread is. I only have not at all cherished the crust. frequently, the crust does not even cover the sandwich so it rather is only stressful to could consume undeniable.

Ive eaten crusts all my life and no curly hair but it did put hairs on my chest... only joking

no probably not. if u eat the crusts of your bread....well you'll be eating the crusts off your bread. if u WANT curly hair i'm afraid you'll either need naturally curly or a curling iron.

Don't believe your grandma!! Mine told me the exact same thing.
Its all to do with the shape of your follicles and in some cases perm lotion and curlers.
Eat your crusts only if you like them :-)

No...I always eat the crust and my hair is perfectly straight.
It won't even hold curls if I use hairspray.
