Actually, a spy should never wear normal clothes.
A spy should always walk around in the most outlandish, brightly colored clothing possible.
It should be a costume so completely outrageous that it draws everybody's attention.
People would say to themselves, "Well, one thing's for sure, that guy is not a spy. No spy in their right mind would wear something as eye-catching as that. And since he can't possibly be a spy, I should invite him in for tea and cookies. I'm sure he'd really like to know my plans for world domination and I wonder if he'd be interested in my doomsday device."

actually i my cousin and friend and i were talking about disguises yesterday as we were riding our bikes around the neighborhood with boxes on our heads and agreed that our faces would be our disguise and the boxes would be our true identity
