what upgrades are available for a dell 1000 notebook?

my computer runs slow so how can I upgrade to make it faster. I still have plenty of memory left, 79% but I slows way down when on internet explorer and yahoo games . I do have dsl professioal speed connection

You can buy an extra stick of RAM. If you buy at Best Buy, they'll install it for free.

Install Linux
Use xen or qemu + kqemu for a virtual layer to run windows programs.
