Have three things looked at:
1st, have your Driveline looked at - you may have tossed a counter weight and it is now out of balance. That should be repaired quick because the vibration of being out of balance would ruin the U-joints.
2nd, are the weights on your tire alignment - go have the alignment checked. Balance is everything with tires.
3rd, but least likely...your repairs guys who did the break suck!
Definitely have the driveline and tire balance checked soon!

Kelly, If you can locate a tire shop that has a Hunter Force wheel Balancer do it immedeately. In my opinion that particular wheel and tire balancing machine is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
At 60 mph press gently on your brake petal. If you feel pulsations in your foot you most likely still have a rotor problem.

there are several things that can cause this to happen a bad tie rod end will cause this at that speed ,also a bad idler arm will cause it also, the best thing to do to find it would be put it up on a lift, and start checking anything that might have free play in it I'm working on a 91 right now that had to have a whole new front end, everything just got so worn ,that when you,d fix one thing ,something else would cause it to shake ,but if you have it on a rack you can check it a lot easier than trying to do it on the ground, good luck on it hope this helps.

Most GM truck and SUV models experience deterioration of the front end alignment over a period of time. Have the front end checked and you will probably find you need alignment work done.
