Whether thinking is a need or a want, certain things will facilitate thought more than others. What is required to engage in thinking as an activity?

The question pertained to practical considerations. It was interesting to see the range of responses when people are not lead to particular directions.

Thought requires quiet. Thinking in loud environments is difficult, for example.

communication inbetween neurons is all you need for the process of thinking, well that and massage that has to be thought...

you reffer to thinking as the process of analysing and digesting information or the just brain activity?
