Should a man wear pantyhose under a suit?

Im 15 and I was at a store yesterday trying on suits for an upcoming event. These two salesladies were helping me and were saying how the pants looked stuffed. Then one of them got the idea for pantyhose. They said it was very common for men to wear pantyhose with a suit. One of them ran and got a package of pantyhose from the womens part of the store and told me i should try it on. I dont like conflict so i said ok and tried them on. They said everything looked much better and sleeker. I told them that the pantyhose were kind of pulling at my leg hair and she said that wasnt a problem. She told me we could get rid of that hair no problem and called up some other store in the mall. She told me to go the store and I went there and they said that i was the boy here for the bikini wax. They said it would be no charge and gave me the bikini wax. I was the only man there and was quite embarrasing wearing this thing ? Should i have let them do this and should i wear pantyhose under my suit?

Unfortunately, it sounds like you were taken advantage of. They should have tried a different suit on you in a material that didn't stick to your leg hair. What kind of fabric was it? I'm sure there were other suits that didn't pose this same issue, and it sounds a bit like laziness on the part of the salespeople. And was it a leg wax or a bikini wax? Because OW! I've never heard of anyone wearing pantyhose under a suit. I'm sorry, honey.

Um, yeah. I don't think that you (a) need pantyhose for under your suit (b) need a bikini wax to wear pantyhose under your suit and (c) are telling me the whole story here [because if you were, I expect that you'd be a little more angry with the sales women for bullying you into a pair of pantyhose].

This is a joke, right? They have knee high men socks for just this type of thing if the suit isn't fitting properly; pantyhose gets a lot of static electricity and can actually ruin the "hang" on a woman's suit, so I assume the same would happen for a man; and why the bikini wax again? That's up in your "private" area...what's up with that? I think you're pulling my leg! lol

I don't get why men want to wear pantyhose. Do NOT wear them. Nylons under pants make NO sense! Thats something a 70 year old woman would do, like my great aunt.

the answer is no and yes.....

no, you should not wear pantihose under a suit....

but...

yes, you should wear stockings (and a garter belt) with your suit...first of all, it will provide the same sleek look that they were going for, but also allow you to visit the toilet without having to pull everything down...just remember, that the garter belt goes on before the panties, in the event you need to use the toilet for more than just tinkling

btw...the wax that you would likely have had if the hose were pulling at your leg hair would be a "full leg and bikini wax"

sounds like you found the right store to buy a suit at, as well as the right sales associates
