Yes, hypo-allergenic baby powder with cornstarch is the best to absorb moisture. It will help to prevent "jock itch" which is a rash that results from sweating, wearing tight clothes, wearing wet swim clothes, ect. It is quite common in the summer since you sweat more and play sports more. The scent is so mild and barely noticeable, so dont worry about that. I rash around your "junk" is more embarrassing than a mild fresh scent.
