Does the anus stretch after having anal sex? If so, how much? If a person where to have anal sex, would someone one (a doctor) be able to detect it?

yes of course it streaches the anus!
- but it should go back to normal size
i don't know ask a doctor if they can detect it!

No it does not stretch anus; but it relaxes it temporarily. Anus is sorrounded by muscles which shrink in to close and expand out, to a certain limit, to open. Both actions are controlled by the squeez or release of the muscles by the individual involved. Anal sex, therefore, if its done with mutual consent, means a voluntary expansion of the muscles by the individual involved, to let the penus or whatever enter. It thus get relaxed, and streched to a certain size to let the object in or out. Once, its over, it takes few minutes to return to its normal squeez or closure.
NO, the doctor will hardly know if the sex had taken place long time, such as a day after. However, if its too soon, or regular anal sex, Dr. can guess it.

Take into consideration that your anus has not been naturally made to receive a penetration... To have anal sex properly, the person must be receptive. Foreplay with fingers and toys relaxes the muscle, making entry easier and less likely to cause permanent damage.
If you have normal anal sex, well lubricated, there will be no lasting damage. However, rough sex will cause tearing and potentially permanent damage to the anal sphincter muscle.
Immediately after sex, a doctor may be able to tell. After prolonged periods, particularly if the sex was rough, some evidence will remain. With most men and women, there will be no evidence a few days after anal sex if lubricant is used, and the person was relaxed.

I think so! When my wife uses her dildo on me, it feels like it stretched a little bit. But after a few days in seems to be back to it's regular size. You can tell when you pass gas! Good luck!

Yes, it will temporarily stretch, but unless you have this often, it will not stretch enough to be noticeable.
