how do i erase this?

when i go on a site it becomes part of my computer's memory and if i go 2 lik freeporn.com then whenever i type in "f" then it comes up on the place where i type in the web address PLEASE help me!!!

Clear your history and temporary internet files.

Tools - Internet Options - Delete - Delete All

Click Start/Control Panel/Internet Options. In the Internet Properties window, under Growsing history, click "Delet". Then Click "Settings" and set your "History to the number of days that you want your browser to remember the sites that you have visited.
