The Nile, specifically the White Nile branch upriver from Khartoum. It originates at a disputed point in Rwanda in the Nyungwe Forest. This was originally located by a South African team in 2005, who specified that the headwaters of the Nile were in a river known as the Akagera which is known as the Rukarara in the Nyungwe forest.
This was countered in 2006 by a British/ New Zealand team, who claimed to have found the 'true source' in the same forest.

The Nile River in Africa is 4,160 miles long, 160 miles longer than the Amazon in South America. * I'll bet nobody guessed the 3rd longest as the Chang River, which empties into the East China Sea, at 3,964 miles long.

It was announced last week that the Amazon's source is further away than originally thought. So, yes to the first person who answered, it is indeed the Amazon.
"The claim follows an expedition to Peru that is said to have established a new starting point further south. It puts the Amazon at 6,800km (4,250 miles) compared to the Nile's 6,695km."
