The best I can suggest is Lonavala Khandala belt . It is a beautiful place to visit during monsoon and is a area of heavy rain fall due which the falls never dry up. Second is the Nasik Kasara belt. This area also has plenty of recently developed resorts and there are quite a few wonderful water falls.

There are many many resorts in Lonavala from where you can access 'n, number of waterfalls. Ofcourse this is very common place. You can goto Malshej as well, wehere MTDC is there. MTDC at Amboli is also a better choice.
