Do you mean overweight? It won't do anything to your sexual organs unless you are really a lot overweight and your general health is affected by it. Although if you are male, it will make your penis appear smaller.

Over WEIGHT will do nothing to your reproductive organs, but may well affect your libido (sex drive).
