perhaps you should contact the people that make smiley's and invent one. thats a cute idea and its not racist if you are Asian

I beta test and play a lot of multilayer games. When an Asian person cannot speak English well, and you help them or trade them something cool, they almost always say, "thank! ^^" Maybe the "^^" part is their version of a smiley?

I used -_-" quite a lot during chats.
It's from the face expression in Japanese comics/cartoons, you know when they have a sweat above the face, but it's not a smile though.
