I live in an apartment with 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is for my mom, the other is for my brother and the other room is mine. Now, every night. EVER NIGHT. I always have the scariest weirdest dream! I told my brother to sleep in that room and then in the morning he said that he didn't have any bad dreams. My mother then went to sleep in my room, and she had the most horrifying nightmare. So this led me to thinking that only females get bad dreams in that room. My aunt and her baby daughter Eleena came to visit. Eleena was sleepy, so my aunt put her on my room. I was having some fun talking to my family and all that. But then I went to my room, I screamed when I saw baby Eleena shaking as if she was freezing, and tears streamed down from her face. The poor baby was red all over. My aunt came in and quickly took her out of my room. So now, every single night I keep having nightmares. Horrible nightmares. Is my room haunted?

Possible but probably not as there would be other manifestations if the room was haunted. If a ghost were talking to you through dreams the dreams would have a meaning, a direction. You would have mentioned it if the nightmares had reaccuring themes.
What probably is happening is that the dynamics of the room itself are bad. Changing the colors, layout, lighting and such of the room will likely do quite a bit to help. Might be that the vents are funneling sounds but distorting them in a sub-audio level. When it gets quiet such as sleep time then people pick up on it.
To aggravate this you are you could say re-inforcing the vibes and setting yourself up for more nightmares. By expecting a nightmare you will get a nightmare. The fear you exude doesn't just disapate, it collects. Inanimate objects can and do absorb energies. How long and how well nobody really knows as we cannot measure such energies yet. What is a fact is that if you love a teddy bear it literally returns some of that love after long enough and strong enough repeated exposure. Plants and animals feel it when you love them.
So your room has bad vibes and your feeding more bad vibes. A simple solution is to change the room up and feed it good vibes. Won't be an instant solution but it will work over time. The dreams will lesson in frequency and intensity and the room will be more yours than previous owners.
So first step I suggest is take ownership of the room. Project yourself into the room. Instead of fearing and loathing the room, find what you like about it. Make it yours like a favorite pillow. Go to bed with the armor that you not the room controls your dreams. Work through set backs until you conquer the room not vice versa. It's YOUR room after all. Try sleeping with some light low volume music. This will override any subconcious accousitics and help you take over the room. Fill the room with things you love. Move things you hate out of the room for a time. If you own anything that has bad associations, temporarily relocate it. Perhaps you lost a friend or relitive and have a keepsake or perhaps it's a bf who dumped you or a token of a sports season that went wrong. Move those out for a time. You want as positive as possible while you make the room yours.
If your room is truly haunted, these steps will infuriate the ghost, potentially driving them out. So this does work to an extent even if the place is haunted. Think of it as emotionally filling the room with good vibes. You squeeze out the places a ghost might hide. Do this visually especially. Leave no dark places. No dark items. Fill the room with good things and persevere until you have driven out the problem. Then you can return to normal day to day and no more bad dreams.
An alternate idea is that the dreams are from you not from the room. Something your picking up or experiencing is being externalized. Yes if you are feeling things strongly enough you can influence other's feelings. As I said before objects pick up emotions and radiate them back much like a brick wall absorbs the heat of the sun and radiates that warmth at night. In this instance you need to examine your life for the stressor(s) and find coping mechanisms as your the cause not the location and whereever you go the dreams will follow until you solve the root cause of the dreams. Not only will they follow you, but you are projecting them strongly enough to cause others bad dreams.
Which is the situation only you can say.

Looking at your account what you described..... you have something there. Do you get sleep paralysis where your body is Immobilized, paralyzed........ and you want to scream and can't when you are aware of a presence or an attack?
I suggest you find someone who is a proficient dowser to detect any negative vortexes in your room. Depending on their strength and where they are they can very much do things to ones mind and health. I have three in my house which have not moved for years and I try to avoid them, Lately I have built some scalar devices that take care of all of that. Everything is neutralized and highly positive referring here to the "vibes". The field created radiates for a couple of hundred yards. People comment about the good vibes in my house.
The way it looks, you may not know anything about these matters but I do. I am not sure where you can buy a scalar detector that tells you when unusual negative "energies" pass through or are present..... and it tells you how potent they are.I usually build those myself.
If that what you experience can be attributed to some evil or negative "entety"...... you may have to apply the "White Light" protection . There are some very authoritative books out there like from Dion Fortune "Psychic Self-defense". Also Dr. Bruce Goldberg with something identical.
What is said there is a simple and effective mental procedure. If one is feeling the oncome of a psychic attack - one has to mentally create a light cocoon around oneself like a huge egg. The brighter that can be mentally created the the more impregnable it becomes, protects you. Trust me - I had to do it a few times and it works!.
I am not sure about your being religious or not or if you are just more spiritual or an atheist...... it does not matter. These are universal spiritual "tools" at our disposal. You have to appeal to your inner (positive) power to do the job. Pray to your god or "personal guide" for guidance.... we all have them. ALL the powers are anchored Within! Communicate with your Inner Self and it will provide what you need. You have to have trust and faith in yourself AND your inherent abilities. Having doubts will not do much good and makes you vulnerable.
As to your brother seemingly being unaffected.... he may be less sensitive than you are. It has nothing to do with being a male or female. The world beyond or the Astral realm is an interesting one! If you need more info - I may have to give you my email addy somehow.....

Despite what a lot of people might tell you here - there is no such thing as ghosts or hauntings. No one has ever proved their existence, ever. What you have here is only a coincidence, babies get cold and cry in their sleep sometimes and a case of people freaking each other out. We all have great imaginations and can convince ourselves of almost anything. Don't worry, there are no ghosts in your room! :)

Probably. However, the spirit isn't necessarily evil since its not hurting you physically, but it doesn't sound very good either. It could just be playing around with you trying to scare you, but I would talk to the pastor of your nearest church and see what he has to say.

Try this: Pray out loud and say, Lord Jesus! I know you are the honor and power and the glory in this universe. You conquered death and sin. I give my apartment to you. I give my family to you. You are strong and loving and we ask for your protection. Thank you for bringing peace and love to us. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

doesn't sound good.you could look up for local spiritualists (psychic, mediums, etc) and ask them to come spend time in your room to see what the problem is,and possibly clear the air,so to speak

Please switch off all electronic gadgets cut off all electric connections, open the windows, disinfect your room, let it be as it is for one week. Get back every thing and try again.
Let me know who you spent the night.
