Yes you should. I have a distaste for the BNP but it is a necessary part of the British political process right now because the other parties have failed to listen to the British electorate. Anyone who doubts the BNP's strength need only look at two things:
The share of the vote they get in the seats they fight.
The fact that fifty years ago the Scottish National Party was viewed in much the same way and even thirty years ago was considered to be a marginal party with most of its support concentrated in a few small areas.
Given the rather humbling experience Labour suffered in the Scottish elections for ignoring the desires of the Scottish people, it should be obvious to the British parties that they must do two things:
Allow the BNP to canvass lawfully
Use coherent argument to defeat the BNP's argument rather than resorting to the bully-boy tactics that they accuse the BNP of.

You should have the right to post your leaflets. As long as you are not being violent you should have as much right to express your beliefs as anyone else.
Personally I'd just give it to the dog to recycle but that is because I've previously taken the trouble to read the BNP manifesto and don't agree with a lot of their policies.

'Without being persecuted by the local Labour Party'
Surely there's an unwritten rule that members of one political party does not harass other political party members while distributing their parties' policies???
But as a person who delivers such leaflets, should you not already be aware of this??
Possibly a visit to your local police station to complain of harrassment on the streets of Britain would resolve any further problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not have any objection to the BNP posting leaflets through my door, as long as they don't object to me using them as toilet paper. We have freedom of speech and they are entitled to their views. However I would not vote for a party which is likely to take away that very freedom. Many of my generation's parents died fighting Fascism I hope never to see us ruled by a political dogma they fought to save us from.

We live in a free democracy, so yes. A lot of people are looking for alternative parties to vote for now as the big 3 are all the bloody same. Just look at how the amount of people voting has dropped recently. Just be careful not to offend people :-)

Yes everyone has a right to their own political beliefs, if the labour party and conservative party etc can promote their policies then you should have the same rights, if people don't like it they can just chuck it in the bin the same as i do.

I may despise your party but you should be subject to exactly the same rules as all the others. If we do not allow the freedom for all to canvass then we will become like Zimbabwe where no one is allowed to freely challenge the government.
