Good Title. I'd go with "SnowJobs and Blo*Jobs" the Lies of Hillary and the Expoits of Bill.

I'd title the book...
"William Blythe..An American Urban Legend and His Appeal Among The Lost"
and on the rear jacket I'd put:
a story of the real Bill Clinton..virtue lost..seeking redemption
this is a story of:
Bill Clinton a man searching for his legacy..he's looked in the drawers of every woman he can get his hands on.
Bill Clinton the man that made it possible to hear the word Penis on the evening news.
Bill Clinton the man that set off the tenor of hate and divisiveness in the USA by his race baiting and deceit

If you are writing from the conservative angle.. no problem.. just sit down and start lying. That is about all the cons ever did about Clinton.. and when it wasn't that it was just plain bashing.. just for the fun of it.
