i got some on my upper arms and my hips and i will give ten points if you can also tell me how i got them

It's difficult to get rid of stretch marks without surgery.
They do fade over time & become less noticeable.
You either gained or lossed a lot of weight to get them.

not including surgery, the best way is cocoa butter or shea butter.. you can get them from losing a lot of weight or gaining a lot of weight.. you usually don't just wake up with stretch marks though

Sorry, stretch marks are forever, well unless you have plastic surgery. It sounds to me like you have lost quite a bit of weight...if so CONGRATULATIONS! Stretch marks are a sign of what our bodies have gone through. Welcome to my world.

You can't completely remove them but you can make them less visible by getting some kind of scar cream and using it daily.
