Below is a list of Elizabeth II's Ladies in Waiting at her 1953 Coronation who are still living:

Maids of Honor:
------Lady Mary Baille-Hamilton (now Lady Mary Russell
------Lady Jane Vane Tempest-Stewart (now The Rt. Hon. the Lady Rayne)
------Lady Jane Heathcote-Drommond-Willoughby (now the Baroness Willoughby de Eresby; her mum was Nancy Astor)
------Lady Ann Coke (now the Rt. Hon. the Lady Glenconner)
------Lady Rosemary Spencer-Churchill (now Lady Rosemary Muir)
------Lady Moyra Hamilton (now Lady Moyra Campbell)

Ladies of the Bed Chamber:
------Countess of Euston (now Duchess of Grafton) nee Fortune Smith

Women of the Bed Chamber:
------Mrs Andre Elphinstone (now Mrs John Woodroffe) nee Jean Hambro
------Mrs Alexander Abel Smith (now Lady Abel Smith) nee Henriette Cardogan

Presumably, the Queen has kept the same inner circle of friends for many years. Of course, one of the attributes of being a contemporary Lady in Waiting is discretion.

From what I hear, she is very close to her grandchildren, especially William, who she hangs out with every weekend.
