Well, everyone got the answer right, but here's a little explanation of why:

The apostrophe before the S is given to denote a contraction for 'It is...' Apostrophes are never used to indicate possession as in the 'paws of the cat' after 'IT'

A is correct because the statement indicates a contraction of the two words.

B is incorrect because the use of the letter S is to denote plurals of apple, orange and banana

C is incorrect because apostrophes before an S never denote possession after 'it', The cat's paws IS correct, but never it's paws...

D is incorrect because no such use of your's exists in the English language, ('your is...' is incorrect speech)
