This is called "magical thinking." It means that deep down, you think that no matter what you do, everything will be all right. Well it won't, until you MAKE it right. Get a second job to pay off your debts. Stay out of legal trouble. Don't spend money on things you don't need. Problem solved.

Someone giving you money right now won't really help you out. You will just find yourself in the same place again because the behaviours that got you here won't change unless you deliberately change them.

Here's an interesting place to start......go to Dave Ramsey's website (see below) and listen to his radio show for free online if you can't get it in your area. Then go borrow his book from the library for free....Total Money Makeover. This is a fantastic written plan to get your behind out of debt. It works and you don't have to pay any lawyers or debt repair people or credit counselors. Whatever you do, DON'T do a debt consolidation loan or anything until you read the book and listen to his show. This stuff works, I know because I used to have a ton of credit card debt (lots from moving expenses ), two car loans, and assorted other debt. Now I have none and I actually can sleep at night. None of those debts were charged off.....we paid every penny we owed.

You CAN do this!
